Good news for all furoshiki lovers! Furoshiki Lah! is collaborating with Asian Civilisation Museum Singapore to offer free furoshiki wrapping drop-in workshops.
Here are the details:
Furoshiki Drop-in Activity Saturday, 15 Jan, 11am–4pm Saturdays, 19 Mar and 9 Apr, 11am–5pm $10 refundable deposit per participant
Discover the art of furoshiki and how to use it in everyday life with Furoshiki Lah!. Learn how to transform a beautiful cloth into a functional bag – create a sustainable alternative to carry daily items. Participants will get to take home their own furoshiki wrap.
Registration for 19 Mar and 9 Apr will be released at a later date. Check it on the ACM website.
What will be included in the Drop-in Workshop?
Participants will be given a wrapping booklet and a 45cm furoshiki cloth, our instructors will go around to help you if you need any guidance or help! A free and easy session for all age groups, it's great for friends and families!

Bring some personal items to try out the different wrapping styles:
